Working with Denise was a seamless and comfortable endeavour. The real estate market can be intimidating and at times overwhelming, but Denise is a true professional who guided us through the process of selling our home and helping us with advice in regards to purchasing a home out of province! Denise helped us navigate putting an offer on a house before we listed our home, which can be very unnerving. But she explained everything very clearly, at times explaining it more than once and made sure we were comfortable with each step. She also provided an excellent service to us by telling us what needed to be decluttered and much advice prior to our home being placed on market. During this whirlwind Denise was available at anytime via phone, email, text and she made numerous trips out to meet with us to discuss everything in great detail. Although we were not her only clients during this time, we felt like we were her first priority and she was on top each and every detail involved in the sale of our home.
